Saturday, May 16th: The gym is now open to the general public and reservations are required at this time. 

Because we will be restricting the amount of people in the gym, reservations are required. There are multiple ways to reserve your time, read below for your options:

Day Pass users

You must call ahead before coming in to climb. Reservations for Day Passes can only be made 24 hours in advance. You must have a waiver on file to reserve your time over the phone. If you’ve never been to the facility before start here to fill out your waiver before calling. You can reach us at 405-470-3611.

Members & 30-Day Trial users

You can reserve your time easily with the Mindbody app, or by calling the gym.

How it works:

  • Time blocks start on the hour, each hour that we are open.
  • You are not restricted or limited on how much time you can reserve, but please be considerate. Do not reserve time unless you know you will be at the facility, and once your time is up please be ready to leave so others may enter. 2-3 hours is the average booking time right now.
  • Those who book amounts of time exceeding 3+ hours may be contacted and asked to cut back your reservation based on demand.
  • If you reserve a block of time and find out you can’t make it, please contact the gym or un-enroll yourself through the Mindbody app.
  • Parents who are bringing in children that need supervision, please be aware that you will need to reserve a space for yourself as well. You will need to call or email us ahead of time to do that if you are not a member.
  • If you cannot be at the gym on the hour, please just reserve the starting time before you arrive so we don’t have issues with capacity. Your time will be reserved until that hour is over.

Online Reservations
If you don’t want to use the app, you can login through a web browser to reserve your time. Login with your email and password, select the ‘Classes’ tab and then select the day and time you want to reserve.

Mindbody App
The app makes booking easy from your cell phone. If you don’t already have the app, you can download it for Apple or Android.

You must be signed in as a member in the app to reserve climbing time. The app should recognize your membership as long as you create an account with the same e-mail address you used when filling out your waiver.  If you’re not sure what email address you used, just give us a call and we will look it up.

Reasons the app might not let you book, or if it says ‘Call’ instead of ‘Book’:

  • Your membership isn’t active – Your membership may be frozen, or you may have had a declined payment. Reach out to the gym so we can check the status of your account.
  • Your account has not been verified – You must use the same email address that you used when filling out your waiver, and you have to click ‘verify’ in the email sent to you from Mind body after setting up the account. Give us a call if you need to verify what email address you have on file or if you need us to resend the verification email.

Reserving time for a minor/child

If you are a parent/guardian for a child/minor who is a member and would like to book their time, you can do that a couple of different ways.

  • If a minor/child is 13 or older, they can have their own account and use the app. They will need their own unique email address on file to set up their account. You can update their email address on file or go online here to edit your account information. It will ask you to login, be sure to login with your credentials at the parent/guardian.
  • If you have a child under the age of 13, you can reserve their time as their parent online. You will not be able to use the app to reserve their time, but it is very easy to do online. Follow this link to get started and follow the screenshots below for help on how to book their time. You will be prompted to login first, and be sure to use your credentials as the parent/guardian to login and make edits to the account.

Reserving time online for minor - walkthrough

Team Threshold Coaching

Team Threshold climbers can come in to climb with the same access as gym members at this time. Team Climbers are encouraged to continue self practice until we can resume normal Team Practice. Starting Wednesday, May 13th we will be offering small group training with a Coach for each age group throughout the week. You do have to reserve this time ahead of time. We will be scheduling these sessions weekly until June 1st. You have to sign up for each time you wish to come, and you can come a different day each week, as long as you have reserved the time.
