Route-Setting is the act of designing artificial climbing routes, or problems. Route-Setters, or “Setters“, are professionals who combine technical craft with an artistic representation of real rock climbing moves. They do this with modular holds or “grips” that mimic real rock features. These routes are used by a rock climber to get to the top of a climbing wall.

I've been climbing for four years and found my passion for setting routes a little over a year ago. I'm psyched on Threshold because I'm excited for the opportunities it will bring the people and me to improve in climbing. Also for the growth of the climbing community and to see were the people will take it!
