We offer a number of awesome classes such as Core Blast, HIIT, Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga, and we have something for ALL skill levels and interests.
Our regular classes are included with our Memberships, and are conveniently scheduled every day of the week!
Regular Class drop in rate: $12
Don’t miss some of our more specific fitness classes such as Movement 101 or Rig and Campus Board Training. These classes occur monthly, so check the schedule for the next date. These classes may have a separate drop-rate from our weekly class schedule.
