We offer a number of ways for you to get fit and stay committed to wellness. Whether you’re training for that next big project…or maybe you’re just looking for a more traditional gym experience that’s close to home.

We offer a number of awesome classes such as Core Blast, HIIT, Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga, and we have something for ALL skill levels and interests.

Our regular classes are included with our General Gym Memberships, and are conveniently scheduled every day of the week! You can also sign in and pay for classes individually, or get a fitness only membership!

Fitness Only Monthly Membership: $40/month

Regular Class drop in rate: $12

Don’t miss our more climbing-specific fitness classes such as Movement 101 or Rig and Campus Board Training. These classes occur monthly, so check the schedule for the next date. These classes may have a separate drop-rate from our weekly class schedule.

Andi Matthews is an Oklahoma Based Fitness Professional that has over 10 years of industry experience including Collegiate Athletics, Personal Training, Corporate Wellness Consulting, Video Production. Andi is currently a National Trainer & Presenter with LesMills US and teaches a variety of Group Fitness/Group Training programs. Marrying a United States Marine, Andi has partnered with numerous businesses & gyms across the country as she has lived & worked in 5 states...and of course they love Oklahoma! The Matthew's fell in love with rock climbing while living in the Seattle area and are so thankful to have found Threshold! Andi & her husband Ben have been married for 18 years and they have 2 kids - Alexandra & Drew.

Kat completed her 200 Registered Yoga Teacher training in 2013 at the Ashtanga Yoga Studio in Norman, OK, after starting her own personal practice over 10 years ago. She is dedicated to sharing the Ashtanga practice with people of all levels, experiences and body types while continuing her exploration of Ashtanga as a life long yoga practice. Kat has a passion for Ayurveda or the "Sister Science to Yoga" through her years of self-study and completion of the 500 hour Wise Earth Ayurveda Wellness course in 2018. She's passionate about empowering people's intuition towards holistic wellness through living in balance with Nature that includes movement practices, food, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation.

My yoga journey began 6 years ago and I fell in love with the practice. Yoga has helped me find strength, balance and flexibility not only physically but mentally as well. Yoga is for everybody and I love helping students see the difference both on and off the mat.

Matthew started yoga to find a way to take care of himself physically as well as mentally, but had no idea what an incredible and life-changing journey it would be. In 2017 he ventured into RYT-200 training with Spirit House Yoga to gain a deeper sense of self-awareness, and create an opportunity for not only growth within, but learned how to share the gift of asana to all. He believes everyone can gain a deeper sense of freedom, empowerment and self-love through yoga. When Matthew's on the mat, he teaches beginner and all level hatha yoga to all ages, making sure to create a safe, welcome and a positive environment for his students. His comedic and joyful attitude create a fun and playful environment for his students to practice in. When Matthew's off the mat, he spends much of his time outdoors kayaking, running, camping and reading in his hammock.

David Farris has been practicing Yoga since 2012. In March 2018, he received his Teacher Certification as a Hatha Yoga Instructor. His class is energetic with an emphasis on abdominal strengthening and balance poses, while remaining suitable for all levels of students.
