Yoga + Fitness

Not just Climbing....

We offer a number of ways for you to get fit and stay committed to wellness, whether you’re training for that next big project…or maybe you’re just looking for a more traditional gym experience that’s close to home. Threshold Members get full access to our group fitness classes, and our fitness and yoga space.

Fitness & Yoga Space:

Cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical, & stair master.

Weight machines & free weights including a squat rack, dumb bells, bench press, kettle bells, medicine balls and cable machine.

Yoga mats, blocks, and light hand weights.

Members only bathroom and shower.

Group Classes

We offer a variety of challenging but accessible classes and we have something for ALL skill levels and interests.

Our weekly fitness and yoga classes are included with a Gym Membership. You can also pay for classes individually, or get a fitness only membership.

Fitness & Yoga Instructor

Kristi Birk Steinberg has resided in Oklahoma for 28 years. She received her bachelor’s degree at OU with a focus in English Lit. and Secondary Education, and her master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from UCO. She has educated students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Currently, Kristi directs KeepMovingOKC.org, a wellness initiative of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation, which promotes free and low-cost physical activity opportunities in Central Oklahoma using a robust event calendar platform to engage all residents in activities and events that will enhance their overall well-being. Kristi enjoys teaching yoga, barre, bootcamp and other various fitness classes. She has over 15 years in fitness and wellness development and education. From playing sports in college and training athletes, to working with people who have never experienced a wellness plan, she enjoys helping develop programs for individuals who are looking to better themselves through physical and wellness activity. She is an avid soccer fan and still plays indoor and outdoor. Kristi is actively involved in the community with groups such as LINC Oklahoma, New Leaders Council Oklahoma, Oklahoma Women’s Coalition, HerFlag, ReMerge, and League of Women Voters of Oklahoma City/Oklahoma County. Kristi is married to Garrett and their 5 year old daughter, Birkley, is their shining star and most proud accomplishment.
