FITNESS FOR CLIMBING

Fitness for climbing is an hour-long class for climbers who need a little push to breakthrough their barriers. It is a workout class that has a different focus every class but, with the overall goal of being a more balanced climber. We will work on both boulders and on sport climbs. Your instructor will guide you through a warm up, different exercises, and a selfie! This class is for all ages and skill levels.

STRENGTH FOR CLIMBING

This class welcomes ALL Levels: Designed exclusively for climbers, this class will focus on the strength needed to increase your climbing pulling power and core stability. This will be a high intensity program that will implement body weight exercises on a pull up bar, while also including mat and weighted exercises. This program will focus primarily on pulling strength with the implementation of key core engaging exercises essential for pull-ups and climbing specific movement. All levels are welcome, whether you are working on your first pull-up or starting to add weight, this program will help guide you to pull your hardest.

HIIT BOOT CAMP

Designed exclusively for climbers, this bootcamp focuses on the strength and endurance needed to increase climbing abilities. This high-energy circuit conditioning class uses a blend of body weight movements alongside climbing and fitness equipment. The class is divided into stations focusing on strength, stability, agility, and cardio, with an emphasis on climber-specific movements.
